Why we built this

Before FeedFwd was software, it was a decade of trial and error inside a real company.

At a software engineering company that employed some 240 people over its lifetime, we built and iterated on continuous, public feedback, self-management, and coaching, refined by hand, year after year, long before there was a product behind any of it. No annual review theater, no anonymous surveys. It worked well enough that people who left years ago still tell us they wish their current job ran the same way.

We lived it from both sides, one of us running the company, the other an engineer inside it. FeedFwd is that decade-plus of iteration, turned into software.
