Different by design

Feedforward, not feedback.

How it works

Three steps. Done.

01

Set a mission

Agree an outcome with your team member. Not a job title, an actual goal — with a timeframe that fits the work.

02

Add advisors

Bring in the people who can help them get there — on the team or outside it. Advisors need no account and no app, just a link.

03

Get continuous input

Advice arrives throughout the mission, not just at the end — while it can still change the outcome. Reminders run themselves.

Andreas and First, FeedFwd co-founders

Why we built this

Before FeedFwd was software, it was a way of working we spent more than a decade refining inside a real company.

At a software engineering company where 240 people worked over the years, we built a culture of continuous, open feedback, self-management, and coaching—without annual-review theater or anonymous surveys. It worked: former colleagues still tell us they wish their current workplace ran the same way.

We experienced it from both sides—Andreas leading the company and First working as an engineer. FeedFwd turns what we learned into software.
